Insurance
Health, Life, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance is provided by
Meurer & Associates for full-time employees. Dependent coverage
is available at the employee’s expense.
Vacation
Full-time employees initially accrue two weeks of vacation per year.
After two years of employment, an additional day is accrued for each
year of service up to three weeks.
Personal Leave
Personal leave is accrued on the basis of three hours per month for
full-time employees.
Holidays
We celebrate the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- President’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after
- Christmas
Birthday
Employees receive their birthdays off.
401(k)
Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in the 401(k) program the
first day of the quarter following their one-year anniversary.
Cafeteria Plan (Section 125)
Company employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s
Cafeteria Plan. Under this plan, employees are able to pay, on a pre-tax
basis, medical insurance premiums and certain out-of-pocket dependent
care and health care expenses.
